PASSION CAKE

Use a banana to make a cake passion. Besides being easily mashed bananas have a stronger flavor.

Processing mode:

    1. Preheat oven to 190 degrees celsius. Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Add brown sugar and chopped almonds. Mix well.
    2. Add the eggs and bananas. Beat just until blended.
    3. Add carrots and oil. Mix well.
    4. Pour into loaf pan 24x10x7 cm dioles dialas margarine and paper. Oven 1 hour until cooked. Lift. Chill.
    5. Beat the topping ingredients until smooth. Rub into the cake. Cut into pieces and serve.
