Berry Apple Sauce Roast Chicken

Bored with plain grilled chicken? try the grilled chicken bersaus fresh fruit slightly sour sweet. It feels really shake the sensation of the tongue! The combination of apple berry sauce & BBQ sauce adds to the uniqueness of this dish.

Ingredients:
6 pieces chicken thighs bottom, slice, slice

   Marinade, stir together:
3 tablespoons BBQ sauce
1 tablespoon Japanese soy sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, grated
50 grams onion, grated
1 tablespoon margarine, melted
1 tablespoon Nestle full cream Dancow
1 tablespoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon ground pepper
1 teaspoon salt

   Berry Apple Sauce:
1 tablespoon butter
30 grams onion, finely chopped
200 grams of meat apples, diced small
50 grams raisins / dried cherry
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
½ teaspoon ground pepper
1 teaspoon salt
100 ml of water

   topping:
20 grams Nestle cornflakes

Processing Method:


1. Marinate chicken thighs with marinade. Let stand for 1-2 hours.
2. Place in a heat-resistant container.
3. Bake in hot oven 180 C for 45 minutes until cooked.
4. Remove and serve with apple sauce and sprinkle Berry Cornflakes.
5. Make Apple Berry Sauce:
- Saute onion until wilted.
- Enter the other ingredients, stir until boiling and the water runs out. Lift.


tips:
- Selian the upper thigh, can be used whole chicken cut into pieces or parts of other chicken to taste.
- Choose the type of apples are sour like the kind of fresh Fuji apples, apple Anna, or Granny Smith in order to taste the sauce more refreshing.
