chicken contents

Recipes this one has a very unique name (for us people of Indonesia: P) ie To "LTO" Tt Esirke .. nah not hard to call it?
Although a bit messy, this recipe from others you know!
Anyway you deserve try:)

Ingredients:
4 slices bread, cut into pieces
200 ml of liquid milk
1 teaspoon onion, finely chopped
1 can of chicken liver paste (chicken ready to use)
2 eggs
1 / 2 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped
1 / 4 teaspoon salt
1 / 2 teaspoon ground pepper
1 chicken
4 tablespoons butter, melted

Processing Method:


1. Soak bread in milk.
2. Remove the chicken from the bones, start from the split chicken breasts, continued until the bones apart, left wing and femur bone underneath.
3. Saute onion until soft, remove from heat. After the cold mix the liver paste, bread, eggs, parsley, salt and pepper, stir well.
4. Fill the chicken stomach.
5. Sew the chicken until the chicken stomach re-shaped.
6. Spread melted butter.
7. Bake in oven for 45 minutes while smeared with butter.
