Mousse Chiffon Eggs

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion, finely chopped
1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
1 piece red pepper, finely chopped
1 can tomatoes
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 / 2 teaspoon salt
4 eggs
4 slices salami
1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped

Processing Method:
 

1. Saute onions, peppers, chilies, tomatoes, salt, tomato paste, and olive oil. Once wilted, pour in a heat resistant dish.
2. Make the holes, then break the eggs one by one into the hole. Close eggs with salami.
3. Bake for 30 minutes, remove and sprinkle parsley.
4. Serve warm
