YEAST LOAF CAKE

Raw material / spice seasoning:

       Material source:
       2 teaspoons instant yeast
       200 ml of liquid milk
       1 tablespoon granulated sugar
       Material:
       200 grams cake flour
       100 grams of oatmeal
       100 grams cashew nuts, finely chopped
       50 grams of raisins, chopped
       50 grams sultanas, chopped
       100 grams granulated sugar
       1 teaspoon baking powder
       75 grams margarine
       1 egg, beaten off
       1 / 4 teaspoon salt


Processing mode:
1. Mix starter ingredients. Let stand 20 minutes.
2. Mix the flour, oatmeal, cashews, raisins, sultanas, sugar, and baking powder until blended.
3. Enter margarine. Stir until the grains. Add eggs and salt. Stir well mixed origin.
4. Add the starter. Mix well. Pour in loaf pan 7x8x5 cm dioles dialas margarine and baking paper until 3 / 4 of the pan.
5. Let stand 1 hour until fluffy.
6. Oven for 30 minutes with a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius.
